UFOlogy

Humans have been reporting UFOs for centuries, but it wasn't until after World War II that they became widely known in our culture. Now more than 1/3 of Americans believe we have been visited by extraterrestrials and the reports and photos continue. What will we learn? When will all know the truth?

    A match made on Earth

Brad complained to a female colleague at work that he had recently divorced. “She took it all, I couldn’t even pay the rent!” he said. It was stupid to mix his personal problems with work, but his co-worker gave him a big hug in their white coats and told him to hang in there. He almost asked her out but the old rule don’t get your honey where you make your money saved him. The following week she gave him a newspaper ad for a matchmaking service. “Don’t take any more chances.  Let the pros find you the right,” she said. Her voice had a musical ring to it, and…

Wanderers and the Law of Squares

Brad found himself with some free time after giving up his calling to be a health care reform activist. Patient referrals were steady, but not overly busy, and with occasional time to reflect, the old riddle “to become square, square yourself” came back to haunt him. A dream came where he was with the 3 beings who had appeared in a vision when he was 14.  There were images of a barren and alien landscape, like another planet. He looked down at himself and saw that his body was blue like theirs. In the dream, he felt lighter, and faster than a human should. They were playing a 3-dimensional game,…

The boy who wanted to be an astronaut

Despite Natalie’s habits of drinking, smoking, and popping pills when they were available, Natalie had brains. She also had a passion for astrology, and had taught herself how to  chart people’s destinies from data she would get from magazines. “Your moon is in Scorpio, and your ascendant is in Virgo,” she would say, and go on to make a prediction that occasionally came true. People would say it’s bull, or get excited, or be afraid. She liked them to react, which in turn got her obsessed. Sometimes she would stay up half the night to finish someone’s horoscope.  “It’s retrograde Mercury, be careful, nothing’s going to go right for a…

    Challenged to help humanity

Numan’s encounter with his lovely and radiant mentor from the higher dimension confirmed his decision to be born on Earth. In a strange way he felt he would miss her, knowing his human life would cut him off from any contact. Impulsive by nature, confident that his mental abilities and deep drive to succeed would make his mission as a human a cakewalk, he rushed into the Earth birth protocol.  Some members of his local planetary group had incarnated as humans in the past, and not all with good results. A few were stuck there, old souls in human bodies struggling with the task of discovering their purpose in life,…

    A special gathering of beings

An alien being on a faraway planet toiled over his latest project.  It was a 256 mile-long magnetized transportation tube that could shuttle  humans faster and safer than the cars, trains, and airplanes that were popular on planet Earth. Sharing his latest invention at his group’s monthly gathering, nobody seemed interested. To dramatize how important and helpful his invention would be, at the next gathering he replicated a Boeing 707 jet crash. The plane made an awful nose dive, then smashed into the ground nearby, shaking it violently.  It landed close enough to fling some engine parts into their food substance, a delicious and nutritional nectar that they specially prepared…
